The Autotow Tow Truck fleet operates 24 hours a day, seven days per week. Our admin office is staffed from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The Towing Hotline and dispatch centre is operational 24 hours daily, including all public holidays. And finally, access to our holding yard facility is the same as our office hours. However, we do offer after-hours access that attracts a call-out fee.

The short answer is yes. You can rest easy knowing that our tow truck fleet is fully insured, which includes insurance for the loads we carry. That includes cars, trucks, vans, caravans, machinery, farm equipment, etc. In addition to our comprehensive insurance policies, Autotow uses the latest technologically advanced towing and tie-down equipment available. Yes, indeed, our tow truck fleet is well thought out to cater for all towing scenarios. We can recover motor vehicles from just about anywhere. Of course, Autotow are experts in providing aid at incident scenes. Our highly trained accident operators are individually licenced through the RTA to attend accident scenes. In addition, our tow truck fleet has the required licensing, compliance and insurance in place to tow from motor vehicle accident scenes. Autotow Pty Ltd’s Head office and holding yard is located in Mortdale, NSW, 2223. Our core service area is the St George area, Canterbury Bankstown municipality and the Sutherland Shire. However, we have a large fleet of trucks with drivers living and travelling all over Sydney. So we do service the Greater Sydney metropolitan area. Furthermore, Autotow has three car transporters that provide Country and Interstate car transporting services. So, no matter where you are or what you need moving, we have the resources to come to your aid effectively.
